For hourly (non-exempt) Team Members who log-in to Ally during non-work hours:
Job-required activities, including any tasks on Ally, must be completed while you are on the clock. If you log in to Ally during non-work hours, then you understand and acknowledge that:
  • You are using the site for personal reasons, and not for job-required activities. For example, looking for open positions, and applying for a new job at JOANN, is not a job-required activity.
  • Using the site during non-work hours is strictly voluntary, and not a condition of your employment.
  • You will not be compensated for time spent on the site during non-work hours.
  • You are not permitted to work off the clock. For example, you may not complete performance evaluations, complete training, or perform recruiting tasks off the clock.
